Manages the creation, implementation and validation of various risk segmentation strategies
Provides critical information, interpretative, and detailed analysis
Deploys credit risk rational strategies that ensure compliance with governmental requirements
Investigates, creates, implements and validates risk segmentation strategies and policies
Works with Internal Audit / External Regulators to ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date
Creates reports on the results of implemented strategies and makes recommendations for increased efficiencies
Ensures sound credit control by taking a proactive approach to risk management
Encourages a good working relationship with internal and external groups.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred
5+ years' experience required
Proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Relational Databases and ETL using languages such as SQL or SAS
Familiar with analytical or reporting tools, such as SAS, R, Matlab, Tableau, etc.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
Experience in data modeling and risk management from a business or financial background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in developing and presenting recommendations to Senior Management.
