About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and assess emerging U.S. privacy regulations
- Update internal policies and standards to maintain compliance
- Assist in developing governance frameworks for biometric data
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for vendors
- Review and validate privacy-related contractual clauses
- Execute risk-based monitoring and prepare reports for senior management
- Research and investigate operational/reporting/process issues
- Analyze emerging trends pertaining to regulatory changes
- Support maintaining policies, standards, and exception management processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Privacy Compliance
- Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management
- Knowledge of Privacy/Compliance Governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies
- Organizational skills for handling multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and risk awareness
