About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees operations of several functions or processes within Loan Operations
- Modifies procedures to improve performance of units supervised within framework of established policies
- Ensures SLAs are consistently met
- Handles escalated customer issues
- Participates in project teams within team or across the division
- Develops relationships with management of internal and external functions/departments to enhance productivity
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma
- 1-5 years' experience
- In-depth knowledge of principles and practices related to the operational areas managed is required
- Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of relevant banking rules and policies is required
- Ability to balance competing priorities and make sound decisions within, and outside of, established policy is required
