About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and counsel HR Community, managers, and supervisors on TD Bank policy interpretation and workplace issues
- Provide performance management consultation and recommendations
- Conduct conflict resolution mediation
- Represent TD Bank during mediation, trials, depositions, and negotiate effective solutions/settlements
- Analyze data to identify trends and proactively address employee issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of HR or Legal experience with an emphasis in employee relations
- PHR/SPHR Preferred
- Demonstrated investigative, verbal, written, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience providing employee relations consulting to all levels of management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft desktop software
