About the role

  • Advise and counsel HR Community, managers, and supervisors on TD Bank policy interpretation and workplace issues
  • Provide performance management consultation and recommendations
  • Conduct conflict resolution mediation
  • Represent TD Bank during mediation, trials, depositions, and negotiate effective solutions/settlements
  • Analyze data to identify trends and proactively address employee issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR or Legal experience with an emphasis in employee relations
  • PHR/SPHR Preferred
  • Demonstrated investigative, verbal, written, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience providing employee relations consulting to all levels of management
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft desktop software
