Ensure that a development team (pod) is creating value for the organization through delivery of customer-focused product increments
Align with other Product Owners and senior management to follow product vision
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
Manage delivery blockers and continuously assess customer feedback
Maximize value, and assess how the product or delivery process can be continuously improved
Lead efforts to deliver product increments, solving complex problems
Communicate difficult concepts and influence alignment across senior stakeholders
Monitor and engage in risk, quality and/or business testing management

Requirements

Undergraduate degree and / or product certificate
7+ years relevant experience
3-5 years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
Experience with CIAM concepts & technologies
Strong understanding of KYC, CIP and AML regulatory requirements within financial services
Understanding of Authentication and Authorization protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID)
Knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management Systems and Technologies
Basic understanding of cybersecurity, identity proofing and authentication principles
Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention tools
Awareness of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA is a plus.
