About the role
- Responsible for the oversight and development of assigned Major Accounts clients
- Provide the primary point of contact for the corporate offices
- Develop and deliver customized solutions that drive growth and deepen long-term relationships
- Manage the overall client experience while executing on business relationships
- Ensure that all products and services are accurately presented and delivered
- Forecast business results and create the strategic direction necessary for profitable relationships
- Meet with dealers to discuss consumer and commercial lending products
- Train and mentor new and less experienced staff
Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years related experience required
- Extensive knowledge of various dealer finance and indirect consumer lending products and services and credit decisions
- Proven sales track record, including history of successfully attracting new Customers
- Account management skills, including ability to build strong and lasting business relationships
- Refined negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent PC skills
