About the role

  • Responsible for the direct management of a team of Financial Advisors
  • Hiring, onboarding, and direct management of FAs in an assigned market/territory
  • Coaching and mentoring Financial Advisors
  • Driving referral activities and partnership activity with retail and other partners
  • Increasing Mass Affluent product sales productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 - 10+ years related experience
  • Life/Health, Series 65, 7 and 24 licenses (or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven managerial skills
  • Previous sales/leadership experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
