About the role
- Manage projects with a high level of regulatory oversight and/or high risk profiles
- Engage Sr. Executive/Leadership for day-to-day status reporting, escalations, etc.
- Plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams while partnering with business and executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Undergraduate Degree
- Project Management Certification required
- Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management
- Exposure to financial management with respect to tracking, forecasting and managing project budgets
- Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management in the Banking industry (e.g., Retail Banking, Securities)
- BSA AML and regulatory experience is preferred
