About the role
- Provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area
- Implements policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives
- May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
- Focus on supporting the Commercial BCMO coordination and execution of Internal and external exams/audits/reviews of the area
- Risk Programs and Assessments
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 5 + years relevant experience
- Public Accounting, Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance experience within the financial services industry
- Foundational knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations
- Strong skillset in Excel and Data Analytics
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CRM, CFE, CAMS, CCEP, CISA, etc.)
