About the role
- Provide advice, support and guidance on Compliance programs
- Manage the regulatory change management process
- Support business line regulatory change implementations
- Assess regulatory compliance risk and conduct risk in U.S. Wealth businesses
- Maintain oversight of all functions related to compliance
- Conduct internal and external research projects
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience working in an integrated wealth business as a bank subsidiary
- Relevant certifications preferred (CFIRS or CTFA)
- Familiarity with OCC governance including fiduciary and investment handbooks
- Knowledge and experience within compliance or audit, legal and regulatory environment
- Ability to research, interpret and summarize relevant regulatory expectations, laws, regulations
