About the role

  • Provide advice, support and guidance on Compliance programs
  • Manage the regulatory change management process
  • Support business line regulatory change implementations
  • Assess regulatory compliance risk and conduct risk in U.S. Wealth businesses
  • Maintain oversight of all functions related to compliance
  • Conduct internal and external research projects

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Experience working in an integrated wealth business as a bank subsidiary
  • Relevant certifications preferred (CFIRS or CTFA)
  • Familiarity with OCC governance including fiduciary and investment handbooks
  • Knowledge and experience within compliance or audit, legal and regulatory environment
  • Ability to research, interpret and summarize relevant regulatory expectations, laws, regulations
