- Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent
- Manages day-to-day activities of an operations, production or support unit
- Supervises lead staff, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work
- Prepares regular in-depth reports and information summarizing various aspects of unit(s) activities
- Monitors performance of systems and communicates feedback
- Audits staff work to ensure that policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years of related experience
- Strong understanding of collections activities and specific unit practices
- Detailed knowledge of related legal and regulatory guidelines
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational ability
- Experience with related systems and software
