About the role
- Manage a portfolio of governance and control activities for moderately complex or high-risk areas
- Implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet governance and control guidelines
- Act as a technical lead on key control initiatives
- Review end-to-end processes and controls to increase standardization
- Participate in the intake of applicable regulation and assess impact to the business line
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures
- Advanced business understanding and knowledge of risk and control functions
- Skill in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
