About the role
- Manages a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists
- Works closely with various internal stakeholders to understand business objectives
- Identifies data/information needs, opportunities for improvement and helps inform and support business decisions and strategies
- Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent
- Sets operational team direction and collaborates with others to execute common goals
- Facilitates key strategic discussions and provides thought leadership
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
- Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 7+ years of relevant experience
- Higher degree education and research tenure can be counted
- Analytical and Technology Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Power BI
- Relevant Audit experience is a plus but not required
