About the role
- Manage comprehensive Compliance Management System (CMS) focused on loan performance and servicing
- Oversee compliance programs related to risk assessment, exam management, monitoring, reporting, and training
- Provide advisory support to portfolio and business on Compliance/Center of Excellence programs
- Conduct regulatory reviews including audits and exams
- Advise the business of new and changed Compliance regulatory and/or policy changes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Compliance program management experience within a large bank
- Demonstrated expertise in Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state banking regulations
- Product knowledge across multiple lending and servicing lines of business
