About the role
- Develop and close new business in Vaughan, North York and surrounding area
- Provide support and expertise to exceed sales objectives
- Solicit and fund direct business through cold calling and referrals
- Develop sales strategy and build strong pipeline for new customers
- Structure competitive equipment finance solutions to meet customer needs
- Assess credit requests and prepare credit applications
- Deliver exceptional service and improve the customer experience
- Enhance TDBG brand by participating in community network events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business
- 5+ years of sales and/or customer relationship management experience
- 5+ years of related experience in the financial industry or equipment financing
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, team-driven environment
- Superior business development skills
- Excellent analytical skills & in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting
- Knowledge of equipment finance and leasing industry
