About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers
- Monitor and manage team performance

Requirements
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- 7+ years of insurance experience, preferably supporting High Net Worth or Private Client area
- Advanced proficiency in Guidewire
- Strong underwriting knowledge and exposure across multiple asset classes
- Active provincial insurance license in good standing, minimum 1 year
- Proven ability to lead through complexity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
