About the role
- Services auto loan customers, dealerships and other financial institutions
- Provides quality Customer service and solutions in a fast-paced, inbound Contact Center environment
- Completes a broad range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledgeable of the various products/services and able to communicate relevant solutions
- Participates fully as a collaborative member of the team
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of related experience
- Retail Customer service, banking, or Contact Center experience preferred
- Successful completion of standard Contact Center training
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) contact center representatives must be able to take phone calls, answer customer inquiries, translate documents and other transactions as necessary in both English and Spanish.
