About the role

  • Develops and maintains technical solutions that adhere to engineering and architectural design principles
  • Provides technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security
  • Plans, evaluates, recommends, designs, operationalizes, and supports solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards
  • Acts as a key contributor in a complex and critical environment
  • May provide leadership to teams or projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in software development and infrastructure deployment
  • Strong understanding of configuration management, system baselines, immutability and idempotency
  • Ability to develop and define automated security compliance testing and IaC governance solutions
  • Experience with programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Perl, Python, Groovy, Bash, Go
  • Experience with databases such as SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, or Mongo
  • Experience with managing Windows and Linux-based infrastructures
  • Experience with cloud environments, specifically, Azure and AWS
  • Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git (BitBucket, GitLab), Jenkins, HashiCop Vault, XL Release.
