- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new lending products
- Bridge the gap between business strategy, technology, and customer needs
- Develop a robust understanding of the regulatory requirements
- Deliver product innovation to improve customer experience
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for product-related inquiries
- Analyze industry and customer trends to inform product development
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or product management certificate
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge in product research and analysis
- Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
- Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Skill in preparing and managing budgets and P&L
- Knowledge of analytical software tools and data analysis methods
