About the role
- Maintain Global Compliance reporting calendar
- Develop and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a key liaison with partners and other related groups
- Conduct training to Compliance Units regarding Global Compliance reporting requirements
- Provide support on the compilation, drafting, and editing of documents and presentations to senior executives
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related compliance role
- Strong executive written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different Compliance groups
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvements and/or automation
