About the role
- Plans, manages, leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of requirements
- Provides leadership and collaborates with stakeholders
- Leads Requirements Management / work packages for Tier 3-4 projects
- Gains/acquires understanding of business and user interaction with technology
- Works independently as the senior or lead business analyst
- Identifies and leads problem resolution for complex issues

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Business Analyst Accreditation is an asset
- 5-7 years related business analysis experience
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
- Experience in reporting and insight development
- Experience in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Sharepoint
