About the role
- Provide a high level of support to TD Wealth Financial Planners (FP) and their Client Service Associates (CSA)
- Outbound client contact (no cold calling)
- Maximize support for FPs and their CSA in administrative matters
- Obtain/compile all the required supporting documentation for completing Annual Client Reviews
- Support the FP in day-to-day maintenance of client relationship management functions
- Support the creation and execution of a robust client contact strategy leveraging phone and email channels
- Contribute to LEI results by identifying potential opportunities during customer interaction
- Assist in building and deepening customer relationships
- Partner with the CSA to facilitate their functions in supporting the overall client experience
- Actively use Salesforce
- Build a positive experience at every interaction
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communications skills are essential
- Passionate about providing superior customer service
- Resourceful with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Close teamwork to meet individual and team measures
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Call center, customer service and/or banking experience an asset
- Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management industry experience (nice to have)
- Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends
- Bilingual French or Cantonese is an asset
