About the role

  • Provide a high level of support to TD Wealth Financial Planners (FP) and their Client Service Associates (CSA)
  • Outbound client contact (no cold calling)
  • Maximize support for FPs and their CSA in administrative matters
  • Obtain/compile all the required supporting documentation for completing Annual Client Reviews
  • Support the FP in day-to-day maintenance of client relationship management functions
  • Support the creation and execution of a robust client contact strategy leveraging phone and email channels
  • Contribute to LEI results by identifying potential opportunities during customer interaction
  • Assist in building and deepening customer relationships
  • Partner with the CSA to facilitate their functions in supporting the overall client experience
  • Actively use Salesforce
  • Build a positive experience at every interaction

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communications skills are essential
  • Passionate about providing superior customer service
  • Resourceful with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Close teamwork to meet individual and team measures
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Call center, customer service and/or banking experience an asset
  • Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management industry experience (nice to have)
  • Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends
  • Bilingual French or Cantonese is an asset
