About the role
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performance teams through personal development planning
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies

Requirements
- Undergraduate university degree or related post-secondary education at a minimum
- Currently registered with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) as a Registered Representative and Supervisor
- 7+ years of Wealth leadership experience, including branch and sales management
- Proven strategist, change agent and advocate with the ability to balance business realities and best practices
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills
