About the role

  • Partner with business lines to support Business Continuity Planning and Sox/Risk/Control management
  • Support on business continuity exercises, testing, and governance
  • Ensure departmental quality measures are being performed
  • Validate best practices between production sites
  • Participate in item processing projects as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Communicate system changes impacting item processing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven technology experience working through file, network and transmissions issues
  • Strong understanding of Item Processing IT knowledge along with a strong understanding of Item Processing and electronic files
