About the role
- Provides a comprehensive range of risk management expertise to business leaders
- Leads and supports the implementation of appropriate risk frameworks
- Advises on execution strategy and leads development of functional programs
- Identifies and leads problem resolution for project/program complex requirements
- Monitor adherence to the Operational Risk Profile Procedure
- Lead the coordination and implementation of process and procedure improvements
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, and practices
- Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
- Skill in using advanced analytical software tools and data analysis methods
- Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written form
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
