About the role

  • Provide deep analytics on business results and performance to identify strategies to mitigate the impact of inflation and the increasing claims costs
  • Collaborate with various partners in multidisciplinary and multi-level analyses to define and solve complex problems affecting the claims services
  • Develop robust processes and tools to proactively monitor key performance indicators
  • Participate in initiatives that will improve customer claim experience by proposing solutions leveraging insights from data and analytics
  • Share ideas and recommendations with stakeholders and actuaries in other teams
  • Communicate and explain financial and analytical concepts to a non-technical audience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of actuarial experience in Property & Casualty
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Actuarial Sciences or related field
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 actuarial exams of the Casualty Actuarial Society
  • Analytical mind and ability to make sound decisions
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in programming or using analytical tools (R, Python, SQL, VBA, etc.)
