About the role
- Provide deep analytics on business results and performance to identify strategies to mitigate the impact of inflation and the increasing claims costs
- Collaborate with various partners in multidisciplinary and multi-level analyses to define and solve complex problems affecting the claims services
- Develop robust processes and tools to proactively monitor key performance indicators
- Participate in initiatives that will improve customer claim experience by proposing solutions leveraging insights from data and analytics
- Share ideas and recommendations with stakeholders and actuaries in other teams
- Communicate and explain financial and analytical concepts to a non-technical audience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of actuarial experience in Property & Casualty
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Actuarial Sciences or related field
- Minimum of 2 to 4 actuarial exams of the Casualty Actuarial Society
- Analytical mind and ability to make sound decisions
- Strong aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in programming or using analytical tools (R, Python, SQL, VBA, etc.)
