About the role
- Analyze results and propose changes to support the development of underwriting tactics.
- Assist in the optimization of underwriting processes, emphasizing straight-through processing.
- Support the creation of business cases for underwriting or product management initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement new insurance products and underwriting rules.
- Monitor and analyze product and underwriting performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences or a related field
- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) designation obtained or in progress
- Proficient in Excel
- Interest and proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and R
