About the role
- Support Consumer Banking Products as part of AMCB AI2 Consumer Analytics & Insights team
- Liaison between AI2 and the line of business, delivering data, reports, analysis and advanced models
- Manage a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists
- Provide people management leadership: hiring, setting goals, performance management, compensation decisions
- Oversee large/highly complex reporting function, strategic partner to leadership on portfolio/financial management
- Facilitate strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audience
- Set operational team direction and focus on longer-range planning (12+ months)
- Collaborate with partners to shape and prioritize ad hoc analysis
- Design test and learn experiments and support execution on key initiatives
- Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance across supported functions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics (preferred)
- Consumer Banking Product LOB knowledge preferred
- Very proficient in Python/PySpark/Jupyter
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in Databricks or AWS
- Proficient Excel/PPT
- Proficient problem solving
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
- Graduate's degree preferred or 7+ years relevant experience
