About the role
- Manage a team of QC Analysts and oversee daily production of Quality Control testing
- Provide research, evaluation, reporting, and operational support to the QC Methodology department
- Provides people management leadership, setting goals and managing employee performance
- Establish effective relationships with different stakeholders and focus on business issues
- Contributes to the overall discipline and strategy for respective areas
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Broad and deep knowledge of business and risk and control environment
- Proficient knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends
- Skill in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods
- Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
- Skill in managing budgets and resource allocation
- Skill in mentoring, coaching and performance management
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
