About the role

  • Oversees credit card strategies including credit line increase, credit line decrease, collection, and model usage
  • Identifies, develops and implements new initiatives, additional services/applications, and operational efficiencies
  • Assists with developing credit risk assessment capabilities
  • Analyzes and interprets data to make recommendations to Senior Management
  • Creates reports on implemented strategies and recommends improvements to manage credit risk
  • Works cross-functionally with external teams
  • Ensures documentation for all work processes is complete and up-to-date
  • Ensures sound credit control by pro-active risk management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience required
  • Proficient PC skills including a strong competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Relational Databases and ETL process using languages such as SQL or SAS
  • Familiar with various analytical or reporting tools, such as SAS, R, Matlab Tableau, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in data modeling and risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
