About the role
- Proactively leads a diverse portfolio of risk related programs for the US Treasury group
- Facilitates risk assessments and monitors policy adherence
- Conducts quality control testing and remediates identified gaps
- Provides insightful advice and independent challenge
- Encourages transparent discussion of operational/regulatory risk issues
- Acts as a subject matter expert in governance and control
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced business understanding and knowledge of risk and control functions
- Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures, strategies & tactics
- Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
- Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
- Skill in using computer applications including MS Office and industry standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Must be fluent in English
