About the role
- Develop components of solutions focused on analytics, support, testing, and proof of concepts
- Provide system solutions development to business problems through applications/systems programming
- Research, install, maintain, configure, administer, and provision systems/applications
- Execute on program specifications; adapt, integrate, code, test, and debug programs
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, Postgraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience working as a Java API Developer
- 5+ years of experience in development of applications using Java/J2EE, Microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, kafka
- 3+ years of experience with Spring Security, OAUTH, SAML, web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP)
- Ability to translate requirements into design and suggest solutions
- Experience in upgrading applications to newer technologies (Java 1.8, Maven, Spring Boot, PL/SQL)
