About the role
- Provide broad range of research, installation, maintenance, configuration, administration and/or provisioning of systems/applications
- Partner with key stakeholders to schedule packaging and release new applications
- Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems
- Interact with clients to provide quality service/solutions
- Monitor system lifecycles and ensure compliance with the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 5-7 years relevant experience
