About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational support to the team in daily routines, collaborating with the manufacturer's VBM team and internal stakeholders
Perform data entry and system registrations
Prepare periodic reports
Support partner registrations and accreditation for manufacturer programs
Assist in updating spreadsheets for inventory control, purchasing, and reservations
Keep team documentation organized and up to date to facilitate information access for internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related fields
Intermediate Excel skills
Sense of responsibility and autonomy in managing operational routines
Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with internal teams, partners, and manufacturer representatives
Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously
Collaborative attitude and ability to liaise across channels, marketing, finance, and product teams
Knowledge of the IT distribution sector or channel partners is a plus
