About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Business Growth by managing the full business development and sales lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders within the Micron organization.
- Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to develop growth strategies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners and customers.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, vendor management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and business development practices.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
