About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with executing the global Legal and Compliance Department´s transformation strategy.
  • Enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and value delivery through automated workflows and legal technology solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation to streamline legal processes, enable advanced data analytics, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with global Legal Department stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support large-scale change initiatives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams and drive implementation plans to achieve complex goals.
  • Build relationships and coordinate across multiple departments and regions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging legal tech, automation, and data solutions to identify opportunities for the Legal Department.
  • Report directly to the VP, Global Legal Transformation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in either Business Technology, Computer Science or related discipline or Law required.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a large multinational company.
  • Prior exposure to legal environments and understanding of legal processes such as contract and document management is a plus.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong skills in workflow configuration, systems integration, and advanced computer applications.
  • Familiarity with legal tech platforms such as BRYTER or Mitratech TAP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to driving tasks to completion.
  • Experience delivering complex projects with stakeholders across various geographies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Capable of building strong working relationships and working independently or within a team.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy and efficiency in execution.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
