About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Creating the business product strategy with special attention to the unique needs and requirements of Retail customers.
- Define standardized pricing plans and new monetization features and Services.
- Define partner programs and features that empower our partner eco-system to build up-the platform capabilities – increasing overall Customers adoption of the Financial Services.
- Managing the local localization of the entire product platform, services and functionalities from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Managing the local road map for our products and working with key stakeholders in the company to deliver the implementation plan of the platform and financial plan.
- Defining product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific market segments, target customers, and product.
- Work with technical product managers to enable components of the service offer to be implemented and enabled.
- Driving business development activities supporting Sales Team in meetings with key customers.
- Delivery plans and review metrics to evaluate the trends and identify additional business opportunities for customers.
- Explains financing and leasing options as described above, matching financing or leasing programs to the customer’s needs.
- Presents/explains financial products (e.g. service agreements and insurance).
- Acts as a positive, relationship-building liaison between Financial Services and other departments.
- Actively supports the sales process.
- Trains and coaches Sales Associates.
- Delivery of consulting experience to partners via onsite and remote workshop experiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in product management
- 5 to 8 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
- Experience delivering results in a highly matrix organization.
- Ability to manage resources and work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to find root cause of issues and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Ability to establish and manage multiple competing priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Be action oriented and have an excellent attention to detail.
- Have the ability to manage and effectively prioritize your workload.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Financial Services industry knowledge (Consumer financing platforms, finco startup and enterprise financing solutions) ideally related to technology assets.
