About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team with all operational matters;
- Update data in the system;
- Contact and collaborate with clients via phone, email, calls, and chat;
- Assist in preparing spreadsheets and reports;
- Provide customer service via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams;
- Register clients in the system;
- Update client data in the system;
- Prepare and send commercial proposals to clients;
- Liaise with account managers to review and analyze quotes;
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and process follow-ups.
