About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in resolving basic technical queries;
Assist with assembly, organization, and preparation of equipment in the Innovation Center laboratory;
Support the specialized technical team in sales- and product-related activities;
Help understand customer requests and needs in coordination with commercial and technical teams;
Contribute to activities related to Cybersecurity, Networking, and Data & AI;
Organize priorities and monitor multiple tasks simultaneously;
Work collaboratively with different areas of the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a higher-education program in fields such as Information Systems, Network Analysis, Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Management, Infrastructure Management, or related areas;
Availability to intern Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM;
Interest in developing a career in technology;
Ability to work well in a team;

Has a strong desire to learn and grow;
Is communicative and able to interact effectively with different areas of the company;
Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a quick learning ability;
Is ambitious about building a career in the field;
Is organized and committed to meeting deliverables and the internship routine.
Has interest in or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence;
Has basic knowledge of Information Security, firewalls, and networking;
English skills are a plus;
Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
