Customer Service Specialist
TD SYNNEXCustomer Service Specialist managing after-sales cases for Nordic customers through email communications. Utilizing internal systems for returns, deliveries, and invoicing while ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage after-sales cases related to returns, deliveries, and invoicing using internal systems
- Investigate customer queries, including incorrect deliveries, return eligibility, approvals, and rejections
- Communicate with customers primarily via email, ensuring clear and professional case resolution
- Administer credit notes and financial adjustments in line with company procedures
- Use tools such as the After Sales Tool and RMT to track and resolve customer cases
- Ensure accurate handling of cases in line with service level agreements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Fluent Czech and fluent English, with daily written communication with Nordic customers
- Confident computer literacy, including MS Office, email communication, and case-handling systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Customer-focused mindset with strong written communication skills
- SAP R/3 knowledge is nice to have
