About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage after-sales cases related to returns, deliveries, and invoicing using internal systems
  • Investigate customer queries, including incorrect deliveries, return eligibility, approvals, and rejections
  • Communicate with customers primarily via email, ensuring clear and professional case resolution
  • Administer credit notes and financial adjustments in line with company procedures
  • Use tools such as the After Sales Tool and RMT to track and resolve customer cases
  • Ensure accurate handling of cases in line with service level agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Fluent Czech and fluent English, with daily written communication with Nordic customers
  • Confident computer literacy, including MS Office, email communication, and case-handling systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong written communication skills
  • SAP R/3 knowledge is nice to have
