Strategic Business Manager III, Market Intelligence – Endpoint Strategy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the market view and strategic priorities across the endpoint ecosystem (OEMs, silicon partners, Microsoft).
- Translate market data, inventory trends, and partner signals into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-level narratives and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Quarterly Executive Meetings (QEMs), and senior leadership forums.
- Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities across product lines, partner segments, and go‑to‑market motions.
- Align messaging and strategy across OEMs, silicon partners, Microsoft, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide cross‑vendor insights and comparative perspective to inform investment and prioritization decisions.
- Guide leadership through data‑backed recommendations and forward‑looking market insights.
- Synthesize inputs from multiple data sources into simple, impactful stories executives can act on.
- Build and maintain a recurring executive reporting cadence (monthly, quarterly).
- Partner closely with Sales, Enablement, Engineering, and Vendor teams to ensure strategy translates into execution.
- Monitor performance versus plan and recommend strategic pivots based on ROI and market dynamics.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and key vendor partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years of relevant experience in strategy, business management, product management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and executive‑level storytelling.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise, and compelling insights.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of the endpoint ecosystem (OEMs, silicon partners, Microsoft preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Highly analytical mindset paired with strong business acumen.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning complexity into clarity.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and collaboration skills.
