Key responsibilities & impact

Install and configure NetApp FAS, AFF, ASA, and E/EF-series systems (switch-based or switchless setups)
Lead planning, design, implementation, and closure
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Conduct technical knowledge-sharing and mentoring sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in deploying NetApp infrastructure solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
Hands-on expertise with MetroCluster IP and FC configurations
Proficient in controller upgrades (headswaps) and switch-to-switchless conversions (Cisco, Broadcom, NVIDIA)
Deep understanding of storage protocols: NFS, SMB, FC, FCoE, iSCSI, NVMe/FC, NVMe/TCP, S3
Experience using NetApp data protection tools: Snapshot, SnapVault, SnapMirror, SnapLock
Familiarity with BlueXP and other NetApp management platforms
Strong communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with NetApp technologies and enterprise storage deployments
Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements
Certifications Required: NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer, ONTAP (NCSIE)
Desired Certifications: NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer MetroCluster Specialist NSO-014, NetApp Accredited StorageGRID Implementation Engineer NS0-075, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+
