About the role

  • Manage, follow up, and close renewals for cybersecurity vendors.
  • Generate quotes, adapt offers, and support the full inside‑sales cycle.
  • Identify customer needs, upsell cybersecurity products, and support account teams.
  • Maintain strong coordination with vendors (licensing, product updates, backup reviews, trainings).
  • Use SAP and Excel to manage pricing, orders, reports, and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Support the team with daily commercial operations and ensure accurate follow-up.
  • Participate in vendor/product training to stay current on cybersecurity portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales or commercial support, ideally in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Strong SAP proficiency and solid Excel skills.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products, licensing models, and vendor workflows.
  • Ability to sell, identify opportunities, and manage renewals efficiently.
  • Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Motivation to learn and grow in cybersecurity.
  • English is a plus.
  • Valuable background in cybersecurity vendors.
