About the role

  • Manage and optimize the organization's ERP systems and IT project management processes.
  • Drive the development, enhancement, and integration of internal ERP applications to streamline business operations.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of internal ecosystems and applications, defining product vision, building roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational IT strategy.
  • Manage IT projects from planning through delivery, partnering with cross‑functional teams.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, maintaining backlogs in Jira or similar tools.
  • Oversee testing and UAT, provide training and ongoing user support, and monitor system performance for enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
  • Strong background in IT project management, ERP implementation/support, and preferably the IT distribution industry.
  • Experience in logistics operations, including conveyor and networking systems.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in formal presentation development, stakeholder engagement, and persuasive negotiation.
  • Demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and interact with senior leadership.
  • Proficient in data entry, basic math, and intermediate-level computer applications.
