About the role
- Lead generation and prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities, creating and maintaining up-to-date databases of potential clients in the small and medium-sized business segment related to cloud services.
- Make initial contact with qualified leads to identify opportunities and generate interest in the solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development Managers, activation teams, and support the regional team to ensure a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
- Participate in follow-up meetings and alignment sessions with involved teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Lead qualification: Profile and qualify leads using criteria defined by regional and activation teams to ensure high-quality prospects.
- Support for campaigns and events: Assist in coordinating and executing digital campaigns, events, and other demand-generation activities targeted at the small and medium-sized business segment.
- Reporting and analysis: Prepare detailed reports and analyze the results of demand-generation and prospecting activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
- Knowledge of Cloud solutions;
- Preferable intermediate English. Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
