- Resolve customer inquiries pertaining to return authorizations and short shipments.
- Handle inquiries about damaged or lost shipments.

Requirements
- Detail-oriented and hands-on personality.
- Minimum of four to six years of prior working customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with long-term vendor interaction.
- Ability to perform research as needed to facilitate prompt resolution based on policies and procedures.
