About the role
- Prospect and develop new business by identifying opportunities in line with management-defined strategies.
- Actively contact customers via phone, email and other channels to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Provide initial technical support on electronic components, including interpreting datasheets and performing cross-references between products from partner manufacturers, with support from the responsible engineer.
- Qualify and manage the customer portfolio, maintaining relationships with multiple hierarchical levels within client organizations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, conduct negotiations and follow the entire sales process through to closing.
- Demonstrate products, advise customers on applications and benefits, and identify opportunities to expand business.
- Analyze target audience and market data to support the development of commercial strategies.
- Keep the CRM updated with relevant information about customers, negotiations, forecasts and the sales pipeline.
- Organize the schedules of strategic clients, follow up on orders and negotiate lead times, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
- Participate in training, meetings and development activities to continuously improve commercial and technical skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to work to targets
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
