About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop your portfolio, identify new opportunities and turn each contact into a long-term relationship
  • Advise your clients and recommend suitable technical solutions
  • Actively promote SOCOFRI across your territory
  • Prepare quotes with the inside sales team, follow up, negotiate commercial terms and validate specific technical solutions
  • Ensure high-quality customer follow-up: support request handling, manage complaints, keep information up to date and monitor any equipment returns
  • Work collaboratively with regular exchanges with the Sales Manager and monthly review meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BTS SIRA or equivalent qualification in sales or a technical field
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience as a technical sales representative, ideally in a technical or industrial sector
  • Strong autonomy and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Enjoyment of fieldwork and a drive for performance
