About the role

  • Business development: grow and retain your client portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Advise clients and recommend the most appropriate technical solutions
  • Actively contribute to the development and visibility of SOCOFRI
  • Prepare and send quotes in collaboration with the inside sales representative
  • Follow up on proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, transport, etc.)
  • Keep clients informed of the status of their requests
  • Handle and record complaints
  • Report at least once a week to the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • BTS SIRA or equivalent qualification in sales or a technical field
  • 2–3 years’ experience as a technical sales representative, ideally in a technical or industrial sector
  • Strong autonomy and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Preference for fieldwork and a performance-driven attitude
