About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Business development: grow and retain your client portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities
- Advise clients and recommend the most appropriate technical solutions
- Actively contribute to the development and visibility of SOCOFRI
- Prepare and send quotes in collaboration with the inside sales representative
- Follow up on proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, transport, etc.)
- Keep clients informed of the status of their requests
- Handle and record complaints
- Report at least once a week to the Sales Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- BTS SIRA or equivalent qualification in sales or a technical field
- 2–3 years’ experience as a technical sales representative, ideally in a technical or industrial sector
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to negotiate and persuade
- Preference for fieldwork and a performance-driven attitude
- Profile aligned with SOCOFRI’s values: customer proximity, professionalism and commitment
