Adjunct Instructor

• Deliver high-quality interactive virtual instruction, using Zoom and related technologies
• Facilitate discussions, breakout activities, mock interviews, application workshops, and career coaching exercises
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback on resumes, interviewing, portfolio presentations, networking strategies, and job search execution
• Foster student engagement and participation in a virtual learning environment
• Review assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Track attendance, participation, and completion of required program activities
• Assess student progress toward program learning outcomes
• Prepare summary reports and program feedback documentation as requested
• Collaborate with GST staff to support program outcomes and continuous improvement efforts
